What are the shipping times?
USA: 2-4 Business days
Europe: 2-4 Business days
Rest of the world: 4-10 Business days
PRODUCTION TIME FINE ART PRINTS:
Every art print is created especially for you, please allow 1-4 days of production time on top of shipping times.
What are the shipping costs?
For all items shipping will be calculated at the check out and will depend on the size and your shipping destination.
I am not responsible for any additional custom fees your country might require you to pay.
What payments methods are available?
Available payment methods are: IDeal (the Netherlands), Paypal, credit card, google pay and apple pay. The Monthly Magic Print Club currently only accepts credit card for recurrent payments. The site's currency is set in EURO, which is approx. around the same as the US dollar. I'm not responsible for currency shifts.
What is your return policy?
As each print is produced especially for you I do no accept any returns. However if your item arrives damaged in any way please send me an email with the picture of the damage to info@danicagim.com and I'll make sure to send you a replacement.
What are the sizes?
The size of each product will be noted in the product description. The standard size for fine art prints is 12x12 IN/ 30x30CM.
How does the Monthly Magic Print Club work?
You can subscribe for only 8 EURO a month (approx. 9 USD) to receive a monthly art print and letter on your doorstep. You can cancel at any time. You can find more information about the Print Club here. Currently it's only possible to subscribe with a credit card.
Can I use your paintings or illustrations for a product/collaboration?
For any type of collaborations please send an email to info@danicagim.com with as much info about the project as possible! Please note I do not donate my time or work for free or for any type of 'exposure'.
Where can I find your books?
You can also my three illustrated books on Shopcatalog. If you are interested in buying the books wholesale for your shop please send an email to info@danicagim.com.
Do you sell digital files?
You can purchase some digital files of my previous illustration work on Etsy.
I do not sell digital files of my paintings.
How can I carry your products in my shop?
Wholesale prices are available for all products at 50% off! Please send an email to info@danicagim.com
